A snow emergency is declared in Mount Pleasant. The National Weather Service is predicting significant snowfall for our area. The snow emergency is in effect: Starting at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, and ending at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13.
During the hours of the snow emergency, parking restrictions are in place to allow crews to remove snow.
- If your road IS signed as alternate parking, the alternate street parking rules apply during the emergency.
- If your road IS NOT signed as alternate parking, your vehicle should not be parked on the street or in a cul-de-sac.
