A snow emergency is declared in Mount Pleasant effective from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, until 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 30. The National Weather Service is predicting significant snowfall during this period of time. During the hours of the snow emergency, parking restrictions are in place to allow crews to remove snow.
If your road IS signed as alternate parking, those alternate parking rules apply during the emergency. If your road is NOT signed as alternate parking, your vehicle should not be parked on the street or in a cul-du-sac.
