Citizens planning to host a special event in 2026 at one of our Village park picnic shelters can reserve facilities beginning Wednesday, January 14. All shelter rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.
In-Person Reservations
In-person reservations will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Parks and Recreation Building, 7330 Old Spring Street. Staff will be available to assist with selecting a facility and answering general questions.
Online Reservations
Online reservations will open at 1:00 p.m. the same day. Citizens wishing to reserve online must use their MyRec account. If you do not have a household account, we recommend creating a free account in advance to ensure a smooth reservation process. The online reservation system is also available to the public through a kiosk in the lobby of Mount Pleasant Village Hall, 8811 Campus Drive. Village Hall hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
